Are you a real, authorized Ashley dealer?
Yes. We are a family-run, authorized Ashley® dealer in business since 2009, shipping from our own warehouse in Phoenix. Everything carries the full Ashley manufacturer warranty — the same coverage you get buying in-store.
Is it actually in stock, and when will it arrive?
We only sell what is genuinely on hand, and we confirm stock before you pay. In-stock items ship from our Phoenix warehouse and typically arrive in about a week. If anything is not in stock, we tell you the real timeline up front — no surprises.
How much is delivery, and what are my options?
Enter your ZIP above and you will see the exact delivery cost before you pay. On in-stock pieces, curbside delivery in Arizona is included in the price on orders of $499 or more, and California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah pay one flat $149 curbside rate. In Arizona you can add in-home white glove delivery and setup for a fee. We deliver furniture to these six states.
What if it arrives damaged, or I have a problem later?
Standard delivery is curbside freight (in-home white-glove is available for a fee). We never send anything that is not brand-new, and big-ticket pieces are photographed before they leave the warehouse, so they are documented. Inspect it on arrival, and if anything is damaged, send us a photo within 7 days. Most fixes are a replacement part we get in about a week; for major damage, we replace or refund it. One real person owns it start to finish — no runaround — and every item carries the full Ashley® manufacturer warranty.
