Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12pm MST may be processed the following business day.

Delivery Times

• Mattresses, Pillows, Bedding, Bases: 3-7 business days
• Furniture (Sofas, Sectionals, Recliners, Lift Chairs): leaves our Phoenix warehouse in 1 to 2 business days. Arizona curbside usually arrives the same week; California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah usually 4 to 7 business days by freight carrier

Shipping Carriers

We ship via FedEx, UPS, and freight carriers for oversized furniture items.

Free Shipping

All sleep products (mattresses, pillows, bedding, and bases) ship free within the contiguous United States. Furniture ships from our Phoenix warehouse to Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah. In-stock furniture: in Arizona, curbside delivery is included in the price on orders of $499 or more ($99 on smaller orders) and white glove delivery and setup is $199; California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah pay a flat $149 curbside rate on orders of $499 or more ($249 on smaller orders). Special-order furniture: $99 curbside in Arizona ($399 white glove), $299 to California and $249 to Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah ($499 white glove). In-stock furniture leaves our Phoenix warehouse in 1 to 2 business days, and Arizona curbside delivery usually arrives the same week. Your exact delivery cost always shows at checkout before you pay.

Delivery Area

Mattresses, pillows, bedding and bases ship to the contiguous 48 United States. Furniture delivers to Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international addresses at this time.
