Will it work with my mattress?
Yes — the Rise 400 pairs with any flexible foam, hybrid, or latex mattress (most 10″–14″ mattresses flex perfectly). No box spring needed; a retainer bar keeps the mattress in place as the base moves.
Does it fit my bed frame?
It works as a standalone base on its 3-in-1 legs, or drops inside most existing frames thanks to the zero-clearance design. Set the legs to 12″, 8″, or 4″ to match your frame.
How hard is it to set up?
Easy. It ships center-folded and assembles in minutes with no tools — one adult can do it. Attach the legs, unfold, plug in, pair the remote.
How much weight does it hold?
Built for an 850 lb total capacity, mattress and sleepers included.
Is a Split King two separate bases?
Yes — Split King is two Twin XL bases that move independently, so each side adjusts on its own under one King-width bed.
What if the power goes out?
